dc.description.abstract	Koncept charakterové výchovy vychází z celostního pojetí člověka a společnosti. Společnosti jako celku se nebude dobře dařit bez dobrých, tj. charakterních jedinců. Proto společnost, která prospívá, výchovně pečuje o morální charakter svých členů. Péče o charakter vychovávaného je právě tak důležitá jako péče o charakter vychovatele. Výchova charakteru se odehrává především v rodině, sekundárně v širší komunitě a kultuře, včetně školy, a probíhá po celý život. Ve škole se výchova charakteru uskutečňuje napříč všemi předměty. Pedagog, ať vyučuje cokoli, vždy také působí na charakter dítěte. Otázka tedy nezní „zda“ je v edukačním procesu charakter formován, ale „jak“ – působí rodič, pedagog nebo škola promyšleně, cíleně, organizovaně, anebo nevědomě, reaktivně a nahodile? Proto byla výchova charakteru zařazena do společného základu přípravy budoucích učitelů, aby tak všichni studenti učitelství bez ohledu na svou aprobaci rozuměli významu tohoto fenoménu a byli připraveni nejen učit svůj předmět, ale též pozitivně formovat charakter svých žáků a studentů.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The concept of character education is based on a holistic conception of man and society. Society as a whole will not thrive without good, i.e. characterful individuals. Therefore, a society that thrives, educationally nurtures the moral character of its members. Caring for the character of the educated is just as important as caring for the character of the educator. Character education takes place primarily in the family, secondarily in the wider community and culture, including the school, and is ongoing throughout life. In school, character education takes place across all subjects. The educator, whatever he or she teaches, always also influences the character of the child. The question, then. is not 'whether' character is formed in the educational process, but 'how' - does the parent, educator or school act in a deliberate, purposeful, organised or unconscious, reactive and haphazard way? Therefore, character education has been was included in the common foundation of the preparation of future teachers, so that all students of teaching, regardless of their background, would understand the importance of this phenomenon and be prepared not only to teach their subject but also to positively shape the character of their pupils and students.	eng
