dc.description.abstract	Pro českou kritickou sociální práci je typické, že čerpá spíše ze zahraničních kapacit přímo z oboru sociální práce. Naopak příliš nevytváří vlastní teorie inspirované díly autorek a autorů kritické teorie. I proto je cílem článku navrhnout možnosti praktického využití humanistické etiky Ericha Fromma v praxi kritické sociální práce orientované na případovou práci (critical casework). Jedná se o teoretickou stať, která vznikla analýzou dokumentů tvořených česky vydanými publikacemi Ericha Fromma. Dílo Fromma se jeví jako přínosné zejména v oblastech nastavení hranic vztahu s klientem, cesty ke zplnomocnění klienta, objektivity posouzení, důrazu na strukturální příčiny sociálních problémů a iniciace společenské změny	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	It is typical for Czech critical social work that it draws more on foreign capacities directly from the field of social work. On the contrary, it does not create its own theories inspired by the works of critical theorists. Therefore, the aim of the article is to suggest the possibilities of practical application of Erich Fromm’s humanistic ethics to the practice of critical casework-oriented social work. This is a theoretical paper, which was written by analysing documents from the Czech publications of Erich Fromm. Fromm’s work seems to be particularly beneficial in the areas of setting the boundaries of the relationship with the client, the path to client empowerment, the objectivity of assessment, the emphasis on the structural causes of social problems, and the initiation of social change.	eng
